When Will the April 2025 Installment Begin?
The official start date for the Rs. 13,500 payment is Monday, April 14, 2025. Earlier, people expected the payment to begin on April 7, but due to some cash supply issues, the date was moved forward.
If you are a regular BISP beneficiary, you should receive your amount starting from this date in Phase 1 cities.

Who Will Get This Payment First?
If you’ve been receiving BISP payments regularly, you’re in luck. This round is mainly for existing beneficiaries. If you recently registered or completed your survey, your payment might not come in this phase.
There is a chance newly registered women may receive their first installment in July 2025. However, this is not confirmed yet. BISP is still reviewing who qualifies for this current batch.
Phase 1 vs Phase 2 – What’s the Difference?

✅ Cities in Phase 1 – Payment Starts April 14
Good news if your city isn’t listed in the Phase 2 list! That means you are in Phase 1 and your Rs. 13,500 will be available starting April 14.
Examples of Phase 1 cities include:
- Mianwali
- Multan
- Rahim Yar Khan
- Chiniot
- Dera Ghazi Khan
- Tounsa
These cities are mostly managed by Bank Alfalah, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Punjab Bank under BISP.
How to Collect Your Rs. 13,500 Payment
If you live in a Phase 1 city, follow these steps:
- Go to your local BISP campsite between April 14 and April 21, 2025.
- Take your original CNIC with you.
- The staff will verify your identity.
- You’ll get your Rs. 13,500 payment in cash or digital form, depending on your bank.
💡 Bonus Tip: If you’re also eligible for Taleemi Wazaif (school stipends) for your children, you may receive those along with this payment.
For Phase 2 cities, children’s stipends will also come when your main payment arrives—most likely in May or June.
What If You Already Got a Partial Payment?
Some women who completed the NSER survey earlier might have already received part of their payment. If that’s your case, you might still be eligible for the full Rs. 13,500—but this depends on your payment cycle.
